Welcome to THE KICKBOXING CIRCUIT!  Our program is designed to create a high-intensity, fun and challenging workout.  By incorporating kickboxing, strength training and HIIT, you will get the full-body training you are looking for. These workouts will push you past your comfort zone, yet they're so addictive, you can't help but come back for more.

Notice anything missing in other group workout programs? We did.  Yes, exercise is important for the mind and body; however, if you're looking for a complete physical transformation, nutrition is key.  With that in mind, we have taken our program to another level by introducing a nutrition program and challenge.  The program includes a nutrition guide, before/after assessments ​with daily caloric intake
